I've never done a legite farm, (UW, FoW), because I cant find the right farm build for me to work with. So I recently found out about zkeys and have been selling them since last november maybe...Anyway, does anyone else make their money ONLY through zkeys? It has served me alright in some cases, but I feel like im missing out of some great opportunities while probably being the only player in gw that doesnt farm lol.

I believe you cannot miss something you have never had

if you feel you have enough money from the Z Keys then Woohoo , I am rubbish at farming yet through playing the game and IDing merching I have enough to get by

I quit farming, im the unlucky guy who never gets drops ^^
So most of my money comes from Z-keys, or any rares i manage to pick while questing.

There are easier farm builds and easier farm locations. You might start with one of them to get your feet wet. Then try something a little harder. Anyone can find something they can handle. As an example... granite used to be worthless... now it isn't, because it's used for destroyer items and seige turtle summoning stones, etc.

Well... the elementals outside ascalon city drop tons of granite. Thats a pretty easy area, wouldn't you agree? So take that big warrior of yours and go kill some elementals.
When you decide it is too easy, graduate to something like hydras in the crystal desert, or trolls outside droknar's forge.

Now, those aren't the most profitable farms in the game, but they are also not too difficult. As you get more comfortable, find more challenging (and rewarding) areas.

Same here, ive got screens of runs in DoA where everyone gets a good drop except me xD.

Most of my money comes from IDing, i don't sell my zkeys, not because im trying to max an impossible title, more because i like gambling

I do farm when i need something inparticular, say like a boss green for a hero, or an elite tome i need or something. Saying that, right now ive only got 95k, so perhaps if i did sell my zkeys, did more DoA runs id probably be ok for money, ive never tried UWSC, or anything else in that league.

But for me, i dont feel i need money, ive got the armor i want, ive got the weapons i want, even if theyre not the 100k+123542452ecto weapons lol.

^ Agrees with above. Literally all of my money now comes from PvP + Monthlies, I used to farm things like.. Trolls - before scaling. Then I felt like I wanted FoW, so I perma'd it. It's just so boring, easy and repetitive. Everything in PvE is quite easily manipulated now

3 man this elite area that used to take 4 hours, 2 man this dungeon or Solo UW..

I too make my money solely from a keys (can't farm for my life) and I find it's all the money I need. But if a keys keep dropping like they are now I guess I'll have to learn to farm.....

many of the people that do nothing but pvp in the game (HA, HB, GvG) make their money soley from the sale of z-keys if they do not use them theirselves

I mostly play PvP and any PvE I do is just getting some of the titles like Skill Hunter and Cartographer, so pretty much my only source of income is Z-Keys.

However before I started doing PvP I did farm UW with a SF sin and doing SS/55HP and i've found that zkeys are actually very profitable if you weight up time spent/fun had (SF Sin was more profitable but everyone knows how imba this was). Before I got hacked about 2 weeks ago I had 1mil in gold, 120zkeys and 15 ecto all got by only playing PvP and winning halls.
